No need to move everything over to us if you're happy with your tax firm. They are going to love that you have clean, monthly financials for your tax planning and year-end compliance.
We work only with electricians. We can provide some referrals if they're looking for a CPA specialized in their trade.
There’s no required minimum term. We do charge a one-time implementation fee (typically equal to 2–3 months of accounting work) to clean up, set up, and stabilize your books. That fee is often waived with a one-year agreement.
If cleanup is needed, we’ll quote that project as part of your up-front fee.
We start with a discovery call to figure out what you need and how you need it delivered. We'll then put together a proposal, send it to you, and we can talk after you get a chance to review the proposal to answer any questions. Once we agree there is a good fit, we do a kickoff call to get started.
